Life coaching is a personal development programme aimed at helping you make positive and lasting changes in your life.

Together with your life coach, we figure out where you are in life now, where you would like to be and how you are going to get there.  With cleverly designed goals, milestones and action steps you get to see your future change step by step!

A life coach is there to guide and inspire you to understand what your aspirations are.   We work on improvements and changes to your current and future behaviour to bring about the life you really want to live.

The life coach facilitates this change using tried and trusted tools and techniques to empower you, in a caring, supportive and inspiring environment.

What life coaching is not

Life coaching is not counselling, mentoring, consulting or therapy. Life coaching does not involve giving expert advice, dealing with traumatic events or prescribing medicine for any reason. Life coaches will work with their clients to help them design and execute their own solutions to their problems and challenges. Life coaches are facilitators of change.

Who will benefit from and enjoy life coaching?

Life coaching is specifically aimed at people who want to achieve reaching success based on what will make themselves feel successful. You want to experience positive change and you are ready to experience positive change in your life. You have time every two weeks to schedule a coaching session with your qualified life coach for a maximum of an hour and a half long session each time.

Coaching sessions can be booked for Mondays to Fridays, between 8:00 and 18:00 GMT.
