Do your Placement Programmes include exams?

Yes, placement programmes have a minimum of 2 official exams. The number and type of exams will be detailed on your invoice.

Are your courses accredited?

We are an authorised training centre for APMG, BCS, PeopleCert and EC-Council in addition to being a CompTIA partner. All courses follow official curriculum and fully prepare you for official exams.

How does the job guarantee money back policy work?

Our job guarantee or your money back policy is detailed in your Terms of Learning. In short if you work with our recruitment team and you do not secure a new job, we will refund your study fees less a 20% admin fee and the cost of your exams.

How can you offer a job guarantee?

In addition to having partners we work with, we believe in strengthening you with not only qualifications but career skills to ensure you are an in-demand jobseeker with career goals and the skills to achieve each milestone. Our experienced recruitment team work with you to either place you in one of the many contracts in our partner company or in a suitable permanent job opportunity.

Do you offer spread payments and finance options?

Yes, we offer finance and spread payment options to our students.

How will I be learning?

You will be learning via interactive tutor-led online learning while being supported by a team of tutors, mentors, recruitment consultants and student care staff.

How long will I be studying for?

This differs depending on which placement programme you choose, how quickly you learn and how much time you can dedicate on average to studying each week. We offer personalised study plans to help you manage your study time. Some courses can be completed in under 25 hours study time.

Can I study around my current job?

A lot of our students are in full or part-time jobs. They are often new career seekers/ career changers wanting to secure a career which is both fulfilling and financially rewarding.

Can anyone study with us?

Yes, our Placement Programmes are designed for new career seekers or career changers that have little or no experience in the area they want to study.

How quickly can I start my job after completing my training?

This does vary depending on where you live, on average this takes from 3 to 12 weeks. It depends on your location and the availability of contracts and permanent jobs within a commutable distance from your home.

What starting salary can I expect?

Our students start in salaries that typically vary from £18 to £32K.
